You will remember from last post, I had been having some difficult times, I thank God for the love and support of my family and friends and you my readers. I am happy to say that, I am feeling much better now and God is definitely working things out for yours truly.
I don’t plan to write much in this post, but in the last week or so, I was talking to a friend of mine, Tuke (blogger from Tuke’s Quest) about getting into reading books. Amazing as she is, she emailed me a couple of interesting, motivational e-books to help kick off my new reading journey. The first e-book called “Eat That Frog” by Brain Tracy, which I am yet to finish, has totally challenged my life and the way I think about doing things. I plan to give a full review of this book when I am done reading it, but I do want to share a few extracts from the book with you guys; “This is a wonderful time to be alive. There have never been more possibilities and opportunities for you to achieve more of your goals than exist today.” “People who take a long view of their lives and careers always seem to make much better decisions about their time and activities than people who give very little thought to the future.” “Goals are the fuel in the furnace of achievement. The bigger your goals and the clearer they are, the more excited you become about achieving them. The more you think about your goals, the greater becomes your inner drive and desire to accomplish them.” There are so many more extracts that I could share with you guys, but these stood out to me. I am starting to change the way I view life, the way I set my life targets/goal and most importantly how I go about accomplishing them. I hope these extracts speak more words to someone who is struggling with achieving their goals! It sure did for me. Eat That Frog. God Bless ChiChi Top-Topshop | Mom Jean- H&M | Heels- ASOS
